How Grievance Redressal Works
When a citizen reports a pothole, broken streetlight, or water leakage, Mumbra Connect uses spatial coordinate mapping to identify the specific municipal ward within TMC Prabhag Samiti 4.
The system dispatches an alert containing the complaint ID, photos, and exact location to the ward corporator office via high-priority mobile push notifications and official email dossiers.
Data Sources & Transparency
Geographical data and ward boundaries are synchronized with Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) electoral records and OpenStreetMap datasets.
